All Mado bandsaws are designed to the highest safety standards and the optional Finger Protection Technology (FPS) available for the MKB 751 to 754 models exceeds all safety norms. Mado’s patented FPS guarantees a quicker blade stop than any traditional brake motor. Despite the rapid stop, engagement of the FPS does not damage the blade, and the stop is gentle on both the wheel and motor bearings.
