The smaller, free-standing glycerine jacketed cooking kettles offer a plug and play solution for smaller operations, with capacities from 50 to 200 litres. Manufactured in stainless steel, these glycerine filled double-walled kettles are efficient, hygienic and simple to operate machines for uncomplicated heating. With a level indicator and refill nozzle it is easy to maintain optimum glycerine levels.

Larger capacity cooking kettles offer maximum fuel efficiency across all heating types (electricity, gas, oil and steam), and provide uniform heat distribution. Steam, glycerine or thermal oil jacketed, and direct heat options are also available for the larger machines.

For a fully programmable kettle, add an optional BastraProfi microprocessor and save up to 11 individual cooking schedules for consistent results every time.
