Dorit’s range of tumblers is designed for a variety of processes, including dry-salting, seasoning, marinating, mixing and coating.  Also ideal for massaging injected products, to achieve even brine distribution throughout the muscle.

With models suitable for smaller butcher shops as well as large scale processors, DORIT’s tumblers come in a range of capacities, from the smaller 10kg table-top models for small batch and product development, to the larger free-standing 3 tonne capacity model.

Manual or automatic tote bin loading options are available on most models. All models are reverse to empty for fast and simple discharge of the product following tumbling.
